Our Processes

Book & pay for your collection

If you are arranging the collection yourself, choose the items you want Clearabee to remove responsibly and add them to your order.

Finally, make your payment, select your collection day, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Prepare for your old furniture removal

Arrange the items you’ve selected for collection and group them together.

You can leave them indoors if you’ll be at the property during the collection, but we recommend placing them outside for easier access without disturbing you.

On the day of the collection

Once we are on our way to your property, we’ll send you an SMS to keep you updated, though we may not be able to provide an exact arrival time.

Please ensure we have access to your items. If we cannot access them or you are not at your property, a £29.99 fee will be charged for the wasted journey, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

After your collection

Your collected items will be taken to one of our approved Commercial Waste Transfer Stations, and you will receive a Waste Transfer Note.

This note will document the location of your items, the vehicle used for removal, and the total percentage that was recycled or diverted from landfill.
