Our straightforward booking process and prompt collection vans ensure that we can be at your door to remove appliances on the same-day you make your enquiry. From white goods, old TV’s, broken kettles to scrapped appliances, let us know what needs collecting and we’ll be happy to take it away.
Our service includes reasonable labour, which means we’ll lift and load large or bulky items. We also provide removal services for offices, businesses, and other establishments. If you book early enough we can also offer a same-day appliance removal service.

HOW IT WORKS
Removing your old appliances is super easy with Clearabee
Book & pay for your collection
If you’re booking the collection yourself, decide which appliances you want Clearabee to responsibly remove for you, and add them to your order via the boxes above.
Finally, make your payment and choose your collection day and we’ll do the rest for you.
Prepare your appliances
Organise the appliances that you have chosen for collection and group them all together.
These can be left indoors if you will be present at your property for your collection, but we recommend that the appliances are left outside so we can access them without disturbing you.
On the day of the collection
Once we are on our way to your property, we will send you an SMS to keep you informed but we may not be able to provide a specific time ahead of the collection.
Please ensure that we can access your appliances. If we cannot access the appliances or you are not at your property, a wasted journey fee will be charged with the balance refunded.
After your collection
Your collected appliances will be transferred to one of our approved Commerical Waste Transfer Stations and you will be sent a Waste Transfer Note.
This will record the location of your items, the vehicle used to remove them, and the total percentage that was recycled or diverted from landfill.

How do I get rid of my old washer and dryer?
You have several options for getting rid of items such as dishwashers. These include taking them to your local recycling centre. However, sometimes there are fees and restrictions applied and these can vary from location to location. Then there’s the ordeal of having to get large items in and out of your vehicle. The easiest way to achieve a seamless appliance collection is with Clearabee, leave the heavy lifting to us.
Can you put electrical items in the bin?
If you’ve ever been landed with a broken appliance and thought to yourself “can I throw a kettle in a bin?” The answer is typically no you can’t. This leads to appliances being one of the more troublesome types of waste to get rid of. If you book a Clearabee appliance collection but feel like it’s a waste just to collect an old kettle, remember we can take away a range of different types of waste away. You could easily form a decent load size with that old broken lawnmower in the shed, those old toys in the loft and that armchair that has been looking a bit decrepit of late.
Do my old appliances have to be outside when you collect them?
Your appliances can be collected from either inside or outside your property. Opting for outside collection means you don’t need to be present when we arrive, as long as our waste operatives can access the items.
How do I know when you will be arriving to collect my waste?
Once you have booked a collection we will send you an email confirming the date you have chosen. On the day of your collection, we will send you a text to let you know the estimated time of our arrival.

Can I change or cancel my booking?
