Excessively weighty or dense waste
Food wastage
Plasterboard/gypsum waste

There can be some additional costs associated with skips dependent upon the situation, but these can be accounted for with pre-planning. These are:
Skip permits & parking suspensions - if your skip needs to be placed on the public highway you will require a skip permit. If you plan on using a parking space that requires a permit or paid parking, you will also require a parking suspension.
Prohibited items - hazardous waste streams must not be disposed of in a skip and will incur a substantial additional cost. These include, but are not exclusive to freezers, monitors and liquids.
Overloading - the load must be safe to transport by legal requirement. If you exceed the level line, you could be charged extra for a waste journey.
Wasted journeys - these can occur because of failed collection or delivery when it is not our fault. Please make sure that there is access to the skip for drop-off and collection.
