High Wycombe skip permits
For skip hire services in the town of High Wycombe, you will need to take a look into if you’ll need a skip permit.
Clearabee will advise on any potential additional requirements of your skip hire before applying for the permit as part of your order.
High Wycombe parking suspensions
Skip services are a principal part of clearing waste following home improvements, construction work and office refurbs, although finding the space for a skip of any size is difficult for some.
Wherever you are in Buckinghamshire, we can help you to obtain the required parking suspensions so you can place your skip in a nearby parking space.
FAQs
High Wycombe skip hire FAQs
When selecting about a skip, there are several things you should consider, including which skip is the most suitable for you, where you plan to put it and what you plan to dispose of in it.
We have covered the main skips in our FAQ section, but we can hire out almost any sort of skip if required.
If you are mindful of the T&Cs then potential additional charges should be mitigated against. Charges like these usually occur when the skip is filled beyond the ‘Level Load’ line, if the skip cannot be delivered/collected on schedule or if prohibited items are found in the skip.
Additional charges may be applicable if you need parking suspensions or skip permits, but these should be discussed and agreed upon when ordering.
Standard garden and construction waste streams are all suitable for disposal in a skip, although be mindful of the weight of bricks, rubble and soil. Standard household items can be thrown into a skip along with bulky and business waste.
Certain waste streams cannot be removed by a skip without prior agreement:
White goods
Large WEEE items
Hazardous waste (freezers, laptops, TVs etc)
Plasterboard
Food
Liquid, chemicals and paints
Most standard skip hire periods are for 14 days, but if you require a skip for a longer period of time, you should let us know as early as possible so arrangements can be made and charges can be processed. If you require a shorter skip hire period, you can order a designated day collection.
You will need a parking suspension to place your skip in a permit-only or Pay and Display parking space. Parking suspensions are available from your local council and are charged on a day-by-day basis.
About
Why Clearabee High Wycombe?
High Wycombe skip hire
Clearbee has been providing waste clearance services across High Wycombe and the South East since 2013. These local rubbish removal services supply next-day skip hire to High Wycombe’s 125,257 residents.
With our knowledge of Buckinghamshire, our local teams of waste operatives will be able to get your skip to you quickly and efficiently.
Compliant rubbish removals
As licensed waste carriers, we provide a digital Waste Transfer Note when each vehicle tips as part of our customer’s Duty of Care. This note describes what waste has been disposed of, where it has been tipped and the diversion from landfill rate.
This rate is at least 95% on average. We also audit each Waste Transfer Station to ensure that they are compliant and achieve the highest landfill diversion rates that are possible.
Eco-friendly rubbish removals
We only use audited and approved Waste Transfer Stations in diverting from landfill over 95% of waste we collect. We also offer carbon-neutral services due to the benefits of our two UK Clearabee forests.
The 19,674 trees that we have planted since 2018 act as a wildlife sanctuary, mitigate flood risks and are expected to offset approximately 1,886 tonnes of carbon.
