Here at Clearabee, we could tell you that we’re the UK’s largest man and van clearance company. Or that we’re the most-reviewed waste removal service on TrustPilot and that we’ve accrued a 5-Star rating along the way. We could also tell you that we complete over 200,000 clearances every year. But sometimes it’s best to let your customers do the talking.

The following testimonials are just a few of the 6,000 TrustPilot reviews which have been left for us by our customers. For example, many of our customers certainly seem to appreciate how flexible, friendly and efficient our Man and Van waste removal service is:

Danny MacDonald reported that after booking a rubbish clearance, he was tended to by a “Really friendly guy. Quick service and very reasonable price. Had way more rubbish than we stated but he loaded the van up no problem.”

What customers might not tell you, however, is that we offer a same-day waste removal service, courtesy of our Man and Van clearance service. We can provide estimates of the cost of your clearance if you provide photographic images, or you can pay a flat call-out fee and our field staff can provide a quote upon attending your property.

A Straightforward Service

Clearabee understands that hiring a skip and waste removal can often seem like a daunting task to organise. That’s why we’ve made our service as swift and as straightforward as possible in order to let you get on with clearing all the rubbish out of garages, sheds and gardens whilst we take care of the rest on your behalf.

One anonymous customer said that he/she experienced “Good value, quick and friendly service.” They went on to say; “We ordered our skip bag last Tuesday, it arrived on Wednesday and we filled it over the weekend. It was collected on Monday afternoon. Fantastic (especially as we can’t get to the tip due to lockdown), would definitely use again!”

 

A Speedy Service

Our same-day waste clearance means that our customers are often rid of their rubbish before they know it, as Mr Newman discovered: “Excellent service. I booked for a same day clearance which arrived a few hours later and took away the rubbish from my drive without any fuss. Will be using again.”

Our Skip Bag service is an increasingly popular alternative to hiring a skip. With a next day delivery and a six-month window within which to fill it, Skip Bags are convenient, lightweight and more aesthetically pleasing than your average skip. What’s more, you may not even need an HGV to have it removed; just get in touch with our office team who can best advise you on how to fill and clear your Skip Bag.

A Safe Service

Every one of us has had to make significant changes recently. Keeping Clearabee’s critical rubbish removal services operational whilst ensuring that our staff and customers are as safe as possible has been at the pinnacle of our priorities. These new measures have not gone unnoticed by our customers:

L Oxnard reported that Clearabee’s new operational practices, such as social distancing and a contactless service were a success; “I had used Clearabee from a company perspective but never for a personal collection – it was a great process in a difficult covid-19 period but super happy with the process & collection. The guy who collected our materials was well prepared & respected social distancing.”

The uncertainty that accompanies coronavirus hasn’t meant a slowing down of our services either, with Keith Lanham having the following to say; “Very Efficient delivered the skip exactly when they said they would and collected very quickly once they had been notified, despite the chaos caused by Covid-19 Very Highly Recommended.”
